I had a really positive experience at GoodYear and would recommend to anyone needing tires or other mechanical work. Getting work done on a car can seem overwhelming but Vivian and the team there made it a smooth easy process. She gave me her undivided attn., explained the tire options, and time estimates were accurate. Very happy with my experience there and would recommend to anyone looking to get tires and other car services.

Vivian provided absolutely incredible service at Goodyear. She was professional, kind, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel pressured. The entire experience was smooth from start to finish, and she made what is usually a stressful car service visit so much easier. My car was taken care of quickly and thoroughly, and I truly felt like she cared about helping me rather than just selling services. Best customer service I’ve had at an auto shop in a long time. Highly recommend asking for Vivian if you go to this Goodyear location!
